the restaurant service was quite slow i also had to ask for extra towels and for them to make up the trundle bed this should have been checked beforehand it was disappointing i had to go down to reception as the phones in the room did not work this was frustrating

my family and i appreciated the breakfast buffet, it featured fresh, hot food. we also dined at the bricks restaurant one evening and found the food hot. a waitress named daisy was very attentive, trading pop badges with my children. i liked that the staff members were patient and approachable.

we stayed in a woodland barrel in the woodland village. there is a nature trail for children with lego themed animals and play areas. completing the nature trail earns a lego pop badge, a fun collectible. we also enjoyed crazy golf and received a lego pop badge after.
the children's meal was expensive , costing £22.50. this reminded me of a significant additional cost . i hope the hotel will reconsider this price point.

The Kingdom themed room was super clean! My kids were delighted with the Lego play area. It kept them entertained for hours. The early access to the park was a major plus, giving us a head start on the rides.
The vent on the floor in the pool area was a slight trip hazard.

i stayed in the kingdom themed room in august and i was pleased with the lego theming. my children found the treasure hunt engaging, revealing lego toys and a magazine. the staff were helpful and always on hand to answer questions.
the walls were thin, so i could hear noise from the neighboring room. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and some items seemed overcooked. also, the playroom got crowded in the evenings.

Check-in was efficient, and the staff member was helpful. Our lodge was well decorated. It included cool Lego art, such as an owl and a woodpecker. The two big TVs had Lego movies playing, a nice touch. I especially appreciated the fans provided in the room.
The children's meal prices seemed expensive.
