The location proved convenient. Oxford street and hyde park were just steps away. i particularly enjoyed the live music at night. It really added to the atmosphere!!!
The coffee was self-service. I preferred it when it was served to the table.

the location was amazing. i got quick access to the underground. the staff were helpful with directions. the hotel had live music in the evenings. i found this a nice touch, it created a lively atmosphere. my room was very clean. i also found the bed quite comfortable.

The room was clean and bright. Every time I pass a staff member, they greeted me. I did enjoy the cocktails at the bar, they are delicious.
The bar service was really slow. I asked three waiters for champagne and glasses, but after the third request, the bottle just sat at the bar for twenty minutes. I eventually took it myself. A 13% service charge applied automatically, so I did paid quite a bit for that bottle.

The room offered a good range of amenities. I found a stocked mini bar and complimentary toiletries. The bed was comfortable. There was a well-lit desk , made working easy. Staff quickly addressed my request for extra towels. I also appreciated the prompt assistance with luggage storage upon arrival. The hotel offered a plentiful breakfast. There were many options, from continental to cooked items.

My Beautiful King offered ample space and included a separate seating area with a sofa and coffee table. I found the room had a modern design, plenty of light, and good soundproofing which added to my relaxation.
