The air CONDITIONING was ridiculously loud , and seemed ancient. I complained about it , but NOTHING happened. the breakfast selection WAS NOT excellent either . Very limited options and nothing particularly fresh.

the room was clean and the breakfast had a good choice.
i found the heater in the room very noisy and it bothered my sleep so much. i had to turn it off. the extra bed also had sharp edges and that was a safety concern since my 4 year old was with me.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for the o2 arena.
the air conditioning did not work in my room. it was very hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. they were slow and sometimes out of service.
