friendly staff clean room great location
The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. I appreciate the stylish, clean, and quiet room I had. The location was great for exploring the South Bank. I walked everywhere.
The TV channel selection was somewhat limited for a modern hotel.

uneven experience

strange smell poor air
i was a little let down by my stay. the room had a strange smell when i first walked in (it wasn't very inviting). the air quality seemed poor, and i had allergy issues while inside, unusual for me. also, the toilet paper i received once was dirty. it all felt below expectations.

The room decoration had a retro vibe. The products in the bathroom were high-quality.
The mattress was UNcomfortable. The water pressure was weak. The closet was too short for hanging longer clothes. (I was also surprised there was no iron in the room.)

reliable wifi helpful staff convenient location good food
i found the wifi to be strong and reliable which was important for my work the staff at reception were always available to assist with directions and information the location offered easy access to borough market and the southbank area i also appreciated the bar with good food there.
i noticed the hotel had a policy where room cleaning was only done upon request which was slightly inconvenient.

convenient location helpful staff clean room
I appreciated the convenient location close to the Jubilee Line. The staff accommodated my requests well. They were helpful and nice throughout my visit. I also liked that the room was clean and comfy.
There is no gym at the hotel. I also found that there were no partner gyms nearby. As a result, i could not get a discounted rate to access a gym.

this hotel was a great choice. the rooftop bar provided good cocktails. the location let me walk to borough market and the tower bridge easily. the staff were very cute, it helped a lot.
there wasn't much space for clothes in the room.
