i found the wifi to be strong and reliable which was important for my work the staff at reception were always available to assist with directions and information the location offered easy access to borough market and the southbank area i also appreciated the bar with good food there.
i noticed the hotel had a policy where room cleaning was only done upon request which was slightly inconvenient.

the front of house staff was cute upon arrival they quickly handled my check-in process the bar staff were equally attentive and provided excellent service during my evening visits they ensured a smooth experience.

I appreciated the convenient location close to the Jubilee Line. The staff accommodated my requests well. They were helpful and nice throughout my visit. I also liked that the room was clean and comfy.
There is no gym at the hotel. I also found that there were no partner gyms nearby. As a result, i could not get a discounted rate to access a gym.
