I found the hotel to be in a convenient location near transportation. The room was spacious and clean, I appreciated that. The bar area was lovely and well-stocked. It reminded me of a top hotel.

The lifts were very slow. I had to wait a long time to get to my room, unfortunately.

poor instructionsexcessive noise

parking presented a challenge. i paid via park bee but still needed a ticket from the hotel. there were no clear instructions. this required a trip to the front desk. additionally, guests created excessive noise until midnight, my child had difficulty sleeping. the sofa bed was not prepared, despite promises from staff. it required multiple calls to resolve.

the parking i used were a problem. i paid on park bee. i had to get a ticket too. there weren't instructions and i had to ask the desk.
