i checked in efficiently. bijal welcomed me, explaining the amenities. a mint and rosemary water was a nice touch. the executive lounge offered cheeses, meats and nibbles meeting all dietary needs. the lounge management member personally welcomed me and asked about my day.

the breakfast room got busy between 9 and 10 am.

The room included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also available. the brasserie is on the ground floor overlooking hyde park. The ambiance there is great. the menu is varied.

The air conditioner did not work that well. It was either too hot or too cold.

The hotel staff, particularly at reception and the entrance, displayed really good professionalism and friendliness. I greatly appreciated the view from my 19th-floor room!

During my visit, I found that the elevators were a bit slow at peak times. It caused minor delays.

the reception was efficient, and the room had daily supplies, including drinks and small snacks. staff members were friendly and courteous . i appreciated the cleanliness and the location, allowing me to easily walk around mayfair.

i noticed black hair in folded towels which was off putting. i went to breakfast, but the server attended to other guests first. i felt ignored because we had to ask for our drinks, and the server seemed unpleasant.
