lovely seaview fresh pastries

The room had a lovely sea view from the balcony. This was a double beautiful sea view room. the breakfast buffet was expansive. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!!!

the tv remote control was a little unresponsive at times.

good selection friendly staff convenient location stiff tap limited cupboard no water

i enjoyed the breakfast. there was a very good selection available. the location was also very convenient, near many restaurants. the staff was really helpful and friendly .

the tap in the bathroom was quite stiff. i found it difficult to use. the cupboard in the room did not open fully because it was too close to the bed. i was surprised there wasn't even a bottle of water provided in the room when i arrived.

Uneven Experience with Overpromised Service

impersonal check-in window cracks

The check-in was strangely impersonal. i received minimal information, like breakfast hours or basic amenities available. the receptionist seemed more interested in pushing an upgrade than providing helpful details, disappointing. also, the room had some maintenance issues. There were cracks in the windows stuffed with napkins. i guess they were trying to keep the wind out, but it just felt cheap.
