The staff was professional across the board. This included reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff and spa staff. The gym is well equipped with benches dumbbells and cardio machines. It also includes a ski erg.
The room was really hot even with a fan. There was very little space in the wardrobe. The outside view from my room included cobwebs and rubbish. It was poorly maintained.

Acceptable hotel with minor issues

convenient location beautiful views polite staff cold pool extra breakfast portable radiator
I found the location very convenient. I could easily walk to Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Spit using the ferry. The hotel has beautiful views from both restaurants. All the staff were helpful. They were polite and professional.
The pool was modern, but I found it cold. I had booked a room with breakfast included. I was informed I needed to pay extra for a hot breakfast. The heating was not operational because it was not yet November. I required a portable radiator from reception.
