Fantastic Location, Slight Issue With Amenities

cute staff convenient location quiet street complimentary parking

The staff were very cute. The location proved convenient, near the main shopping area and Christmas markets. I had no issues sleeping because the street remained quiet. I received complimentary parking, which I found a pleasant gesture.

I noticed slight dust accumulation in my room, specifically on the fan. The fan emitted dust when activated, which temporarily affected the cleanliness of the air. everything was perfect.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to city attractions. I walked to the Roman Baths and the Abbey in about five minutes. The hotel is on a beautiful curved road.

a romantic getaway

easy access complimentary upgrade fresh fruit

the location offered easy access to everything i wanted to see.. the staff surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a room with enhanced views. breakfast in bed was a dream, especially the selection of fresh fruit and pastries.

I wish the elevator was faster. Sometimes, there was a wait. the room's lighting could be brighter. I found it a bit dim in the evenings.

such a stylish stay!

chic room delicious breakfast

this hotel rocks! my boutique cosy room was totally chic and comfy. the poached eggs on sourdough with guacamole at breakfast? yum! it was totally delicious with black pudding.

the pillow and bed wasn't comfy, though small, and i find the reception staff unfriendly, and they offer no help to carry bags upstairs.

decor in here is seriously sumptuous with peacock colours plus mirrors and tasteful ornamental objects d'arte. the location is super central to shops and attractions. it's just a short walk to the abbey and all the cool spots.
