the room was clean and a good size , with a very nice bathroom.
i encountered a problem trying to take advantage of a discounted car parking offer , but i had no success. reception staff LACKED knowledge in trying to help me. the hotel's attitude was basically to shrug its shoulders and say there was nothing they could about it, it seemed too much trouble for them.

The hotel location was excellent! it was very close to shops and bars. the building was also very sound proof. I did not hear anyone else or outside noise. breakfast was great also.
the bedroom was very budget! it was very small and the bed was hard. there was no coffee in the room, and the tea was supermarket value normal black tea.

the hotel is near the main railway station, about a ten minute walk. all attractions and eating places are very accessible from this central point. a supermarket sits directly across the street.

the location is excellent and near the railway station. the room had a good size television and an efficient fridge. staff offered early check-in, which i appreciated. the room was quiet and well-presented. i found the staff to be helpful and cute.
the coffee at breakfast tasted bitter, and the bread selection was limited.
