i always have a great experience here the rooms are nice and clean. the breakfast is tasty with a great variety of options. i especially liked the pancake machine it was a nice touch. the spa is always clean and cute too.

during my recent visit, i found the tv controls in my suite to be unresponsive which was a minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed the comfortable seating in the bar area. The terrace provided fine panoramic views of the surrounding area. I had some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. The room was BEAUTIFUL.

The walls had stains all over them. I was able to wipe them off with a tissue. Some of the towels provided were stained. I felt cleanliness was lacking in some areas.

The standard king room balcony minifridge featured a very comfortable bed. breakfast offered loads of choices executed well. i found the location convenient for the theatre. I could easily walk to shows. the room was very clean.

on arrival, i observed the outside and reception looked slightly worn.

The hotel is close to restaurants and bars. I noticed a short walk leads to many options. it's also about one mile from the city centre. bus number 6 runs every 20 minutes from the millennium centre.

I found bernadetha great. she performed a full body massage using invigorating body oil. i left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She eased a knot on my achy shoulder. it feels so much better today
