“The hotel's Georgian architecture and gardens initially suggest a seamless five-star experience, but the service inconsistencies temper expectations. Its location near Bath's attractions is certainly a plus, though the overall impression leans more towards potential than flawless execution. The spa facilities, while extensive, seem to struggle with maintaining a consistently tranquil atmosphere, especially during peak hours.”

The location was easy to reach by car! the gym has modern equipment. the gardens were meticulously kept and lovely to walk through. the spa offered a variety of treatments. I enjoyed the aromatherapy massage.
the television remote in my room needed new batteries.
I found the outdoor spa pool and terrace area quite pleasant. The gardens feature beautiful trees. I especially enjoyed walking around them. My room was quite spacious and nicely decorated. The gym had adequate equipment for a good workout.
The breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered. I felt it could have been better value.

The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. There is also a spa with various treatments available to guests for an additional fee.
