perfect suite friendly concierge clean spa dinner experience

My treehouse suite was perfect it had a hot tub kept hot. The concierge Paul was friendly he offered rides around the grounds when I needed. Vicky at The Kitchen was great when I had dinner. The spa was clean it had plenty of towels and robes.

I had a smooth check-in, and i received complimentary chocolates, nibbles, and soft drinks, that was thoughtful. i also appreciated the evening turn down service. It. i also enjoyed access to the hydrotherapy area and the outdoor terrace, i found the spa facilities relaxing. the kitchen garden was beautiful and i enjoyed exploring it.

The staff were very willing to help I found. The location provides great access to the New Forest and coastline. Plenty of parking spaces were available .

I waited 25 minutes for coffee at breakfast I remember. I was not told I had to make my own toast. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

smooth check-in beautiful garden professional team complimentary treats

I found the check-in process with paris and her colleague at the front desk smooth. i strolled around the beautiful gardens and relaxed with wine. i reserved a table in the main dining room for dinner both nights. the whole team was very professional, and i especially thank anna, kristie, paris, and lily. the breakfast buffet selection covered everything i wanted. my wife and i were able to relax in comfort in the bar and lounge areas. the service and ambience were first class. it was always a pleasure to visit. I will definitely return. i appreciated the complimentary chocolates, nibbles, and soft drinks provided.
