the room was spacious. complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. front of house staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional, i was grateful.

the main issue was broken air conditioning. i stayed on a mild week, and the rooms were unbearably hot. i had one fan in the room and could not open the windows though.

the room was very tidy and clean. i found the shower large and comfy. the bed was also very comfortable. i also appreciated the twinings tea bags (a nice touch!).

the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was hot.

the hotel's location was central. i was near local attractions and transportation. the staff was very helpful. they ensured all my needs were met promptly. the bedding was luxurious. i slept soundly each night.

the gym equipment was a bit dated. but it was still functional.

The room had two shampoos. No shower wash was available. I found only three hangers provided for two people. The location was very convenient with parking facilities next to the building.

I found only a basic tea and coffee tray. I expected a wider selection considering the cost of the room. There was no hot chocolate, biscuit, or bottled water. I also could not find any menus or details about the hotel in the room, inconvenient.

friendly staff helpful staff broken air loud noise

the location was great , close to restaurants. the staff was friendly and very helpful. i found the room to be clean and tidy.

there was noise from an event until 1:00 am. the air conditioning did not work. it was very hot , and i could not open the windows.
