the hotel rooms were spacious, so that was acceptable.
I was a bit let down by the noise. Some sort of machinery outside my window ran all night. it made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs.

The room was clean and a good size. The staff was efficient enough.
I had issues with the parking! It was difficult to find a spot, and the signage wasn't very clear. The room service was also slow. I ordered a club sandwich, it took nearly an hour to arrive and was pretty bland, I didn't even finish it.

the room was big and very warm. the bed was comfy. the view over town was alright. the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and really tasty food and staff were friendly.
i stayed for two nights for a concert in the city center. i arrived earlier than the stated check in time. i was sternly told my room wasnt ready yet. the glasses in the room had been sitting for quite a while and were dirty and dusty. even the ice bucket was dirty and rusty.
