the location is excellent it is right in the middle of everything. i found the staff very kind and friendly . the downstairs lounge area was a nice space to relax. i appreciated the free cheese and wine in the evening.

the room size was quite small this could be problematic needing more space.

the queen room had all essentials i needed and everything was clean. the television was a nice added touch i did not expect. the bed was comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows available.

the check-in process was easy and efficient at the front desk. the staff were accommodating and helpful with directions to nearby attractions. they provided quick responses to requests and were attentive throughout my stay, this was excellent.

the location was central to many attractions. the staff seemed lovely and cute (i especially appreciated their help with directions). the room, a double room no window, was compact but contained everything i needed.

i found that the glass door for the toilet provided no privacy. i could hear everything from the toilet. also, i was not informed that parking would be far away. it was quite inconvenient.

The staff was helpful and kind (a real asset to the place). The location is central, close to many things. I appreciated the coffee at breakfast.

The room I had was quite small. The walls seemed thin as I could hear neighbour conversations. The glass walls in the bathroom offered little privacy.
