The sofa bed was just awful. I could feel the metal bars through the mattress. it was really not fit for purpose. the toilet seat also had stains and there were various marks on the carpets. it felt pretty unclean.

The room cleanliness was not satisfactory. it was a hot period and the top floor room was too hot. a fan was provided, but it did not cool the room sufficiently. I think this would be an issue even outside of a heatwave.
