uncomfortable sofa bed stained toilet seat

The sofa bed was just awful. I could feel the metal bars through the mattress. it was really not fit for purpose. the toilet seat also had stains and there were various marks on the carpets. it felt pretty unclean.

the breakfast was fantastic. i appreciated that the rooms were really clean and had a quirky style. the staff were always attentive and respectful, it were a joyful experience. i liked the location, especially with the lovely weather, and the place was calm.

the food quality could improve a little.

fantastic car-themed getaway!

gluten-free options clean room

i felt totally safe discussing gluten-free options because i am coeliac. the team leader walked me through the menu. all kitchen precautions! the room sparkled. it felt so clean and cozy.

The sofa bed wasn't comfy. Metal bars stuck through the mattress! the toilet seat showed stains. the carpets had marks.

room cleanliness food quality

The room cleanliness was not satisfactory. it was a hot period and the top floor room was too hot. a fan was provided, but it did not cool the room sufficiently. I think this would be an issue even outside of a heatwave.
