I found the breakfast to be spot on. Staff cooked everything fresh to my liking. The room was very clean and the food was okay. Staff were pleasant.

i stayed in the standard double room. it was clean and included fresh towels. breakfast had a wide selection, and i found the quality to be amazing!!! the bar had several beers on tap and plenty of seating.
the tv remote in the room was missing a battery cover.

the upgraded suite was excellent ! it was very clean and bright, just what i needed. breakfast was very good , the seating plan was nice. the flexible hours prevented overcrowding , so i could really relax and enjoy my meal.
the entertainment featured mostly singing , i wished there was more variety. it wasn't a huge issue , but a bit more diversity would make the evenings even better.

the bedroom and bathroom were quite poor ivy grew through the bedroom window the curtain rail was loose the radiator was rusty i registered these complaints but management did not address them

The room overlooked the nearby lake and its wildlife. A really pleasant sight. plenty of parking spaces were available, adjacent to the room. this made bringing luggage in and out simple. We loved the pond but the wildlife was amazing!

The room was too warm and it had no air conditioning. The windows opened only a little, so it was quite stuffy. this made for an uncomfortable night.
