the room was spacious it had comfortable beds
the bedroom and bathroom were quite poor ivy grew through the bedroom window the curtain rail was loose the radiator was rusty i registered these complaints but management did not address them

i found the setting beautiful. the staff were helpful. i appreciated that the room was spacious. the surrounding landscape created a tranquil feel.
The bathroom needed a little more attention to detail. Some spots looked missed during cleaning.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to a park dean resort on site. this provides additional options for entertainment and dining. It's quite a nice perk. it offered convenient access to a range of activities.

The room overlooked the nearby lake and its wildlife. A really pleasant sight. plenty of parking spaces were available, adjacent to the room. this made bringing luggage in and out simple. We loved the pond but the wildlife was amazing!

The breakfast included a self-service buffet. A very practical arrangement. there was a selection of cereals, fruit, and hot cooked food. the bar area created a nice relaxing atmosphere. I was happy with it.

the breakfast was good, with a decent selection of items.
The room was too warm and it had no air conditioning. The windows opened only a little, so it was quite stuffy. this made for an uncomfortable night.
