“Radisson Blu Hotel, Birmingham rises as a glass skyscraper with skyline views and a central location steps from Birmingham New Street train station; inside, modern decor and Collage restaurant add to the appeal. While some past guests mention inconsistent experiences with room maintenance and deposit requests, I think the location and comprehensive fitness facilities are a distinct draw. Overall, Radisson Blu seems best suited to business travelers seeking well-equipped meeting spaces and proximity to the city's business district.”

Excellent Stay in Central Location
convenient location spacious room great view 24-hour gym
The location was convenient. New Street train station was within walking distance. Tourist attractions were also close. My room was spacious and clean. I liked the city view from the 18th floor (where my room was situated). I had access to a 24-hour gym, which I appreciate (even though I didn't use it!).
The hot water wasn't working at one point, so I couldn't shower immediately.
Service
9/10
The staff members at the reception were friendly and helpful with every request I had. The breakfast service manager, Emilia, provided a lovely personal touch and recognized me from previous visits. The staff's dedication enhanced my experience.
