spacious room amazing staff great location really good service
The location offered GREAT access to shopping and transport. I found the front desk staff amazing. They were cute. The room was spacious. The bed provided comfort. I also appreciated the really good customer service.

friendly staff good range dirty carpet car noise
the location was great for seeing the city the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a good range of choices room service was also good.
i thought the carpets were not very clean the surfaces in public areas looked worn. the hotel sits in front of a busy traffic roundabout i could hear the car noise during the night and had to use ear plugs.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
convenient location spacious room great view 24-hour gym
The location was convenient. New Street train station was within walking distance. Tourist attractions were also close. My room was spacious and clean. I liked the city view from the 18th floor (where my room was situated). I had access to a 24-hour gym, which I appreciate (even though I didn't use it!).
The hot water wasn't working at one point, so I couldn't shower immediately.

The staff members at the reception were friendly and helpful with every request I had. The breakfast service manager, Emilia, provided a lovely personal touch and recognized me from previous visits. The staff's dedication enhanced my experience.

Really good Customer Service and Convenient Location
attentive staff excellent service excellent bar comfortable stay
The staff members are consistently attentive and ensured I was comfortable. The reception team delivered excellent service during check-in. The bar service was excellent in the lobby bar downstairs.
The air conditioning did not seem to work effectively! The room felt a bit too warm for my liking.
