The reception staff was cute upon arrival. I got the room with a bathtub I requested. The bar is also lovely.
The fire alarm went off at 3am. It was an issue with the alarm, and there was no fire. We all had to evacuate the building, and we stayed outside for over AN HOUR with no information whatsoever.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby restaurants.
The room's air conditioning was not working properly and the temperature was difficult to regulate. This. i reported the issue, but it remained unresolved. this impacted my ability to rest and sleep well.

the room was neat, certainly acceptable.
i encountered a faulty toilet that kept running intermittently. the fire alarm activated at 3 a.m., and everyone had to evacuate the building for over an hour.. there was no communication or apology offered, quite poor.

The staff were unpleasant. The receptionist shouted that the restaurant was closed. The bar staff complained about the receptionist. The shower head hadn't been cleaned for a while. It was disgusting.

I found the noise insulation lacking. Music from nearby bars kept me awake. THE staff member at checkout also treated a kitchen employee poorly in front of guests, a bad experience.
