the hotel maintained cleanliness. the rooms decoration was nice. the breakfast included excellent quality food. it was quickly replenished.
My room was a little cold. There were no extra blankets in it.

I found the on site parking very convenient. my room was comfortable, and i appreciated the excellent customer service. the location is beautiful. It is very peaceful.
Upon arrival for check in, i learned the room was not ready. at 3:40pm, i asked when it might be ready. The staff reply was 'we don't know'. the check in staff told us no need to book dinner at the restaurant. we went at 6:30pm and were told the restaurant was fully booked.

The room was clean. The tea tray was a delight. all the staff i encountered were so friendly, so kind!! breakfast service and the food were divine. i am already looking forward to coming back...
