The reception staff were helpful, lovely, and friendly! The ladies were amazing and I am thankful for their help. The room was very nice. It was very nice and well-decorated.
My room was quite dark. The stairways and halls were also very dark, though the location was perfect!

The staff was AMAZING! Annabelle took great care of me upon arrival. I LOVED the service, and the Thai restaurant was excellent.
I tried to contact the hotel by email, but they DIDN'T reply! Our room had no windows. The pool was not heated, so I couldn't use it.

The staff was amazing! Annabelle took great care of us when we arrived. Nothing was too much, i loved the service! The Thai restaurant was excellent, and the room was amazing.
My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday and I was happy as I always wanted to go to this hotel, however the whole experience was underwhelming. Our room was not within the complex, we had to walk down the main road to access our room. I thought this was slightly odd and inconvenient,

Very nice and Quirky Stay!

friendly staff special bath
i found crazy bear unique, unlike any other place i have stayed. every staff member was so friendly and cute. the pool area looked gorgeous, and i spent time enjoying it. drink prices matched those of other upscale locations. the room looked dark, exactly as depicted, and the bath with roof water was special. i loved it and would pay extra for the upgrade again.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Their assistance was invaluable! The ladies made my arrival so easy and cute. The hotel room was wonderful and well-decorated. I look forward to staying there again. The food at the English restaurant was delicious. The waiters were also very helpful and attentive.

AMAZING and FUNKY Hotel!

The staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurants served food that was AMAZING!!! Our room had leather floors. It was very funky and different, offering a unique experience. I will recommend this place.
The breakfast menu was slightly confusing. I felt awkward ordering breakfast as it lacked clear explanations of included items. The price list created unnecessary confusion.
