i loved how close euston station was. the staff, was friendly and check in was easy. our room had everyting we needed and the bed, so comfy. breakfast was awesome too. they kept our luggage safe after check out. this let me explore without carrying them, which i thought was really good.
the bathroom felt very small. the tap wasnt positioned great. it made a mess when i washed my hands.

my room included tea facilities and a safe. the location was superb, with several underground stations easily accessible. i found the staff to be helpful and efficient ! the breakfast offered an amazing variety of choices.
The bar had a pleasant atmosphere, though i found the selection of draught beers somewhat limited.

The room had a full-size bathtub, which i really appreciated. The windows also open, a feature that added to the room's comfort. secure luggage storage was a plus, and i found it very convenient . There was also a tea kettle.

The staff at reception were really helpful, particularly when i needed assistance with directions! the online check-in process was quick and easy. I completed it from the comfort of my home. the smiling and helpful personnel really enhanced my experience.

the room were a good size for a twin room. the daily room service ensured the space remained tidy. express check-in and check-out made the process efficient. the location is close to russell square.
the rooms were too warm, i believe. when we opened the windows for air, there was a horrible smell from the restaurants below. there is nothing the hotel can do regarding this. the front facing rooms above the restaurants are best avoided.

the elevators seemed slightly slow sometimes.

the location felt very near the national museum, so nice. breakfast there had very good options for everyone. i loved that the staff maintained a helpful attitude, it felt very personable. the wifi worked perfect, so i could stay connected.
the bathroom in my room seemed very small. the tap was poor and leaked when used, so annoying.

The room lacked air conditioning, it was uncomfortable. the fan did little to improve the temperature. loud music from the basement bowling centre disrupted my sleep. I reported it but have received no response.
