Really good Stay!

perfect location elegant restaurants helpful concierge
The hotel location was seriously perfect. It was close to both the train and underground stations! I found neighborhood restaurants and stores great. The hotel itself is super elegant and historic. I enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurants. The bar was very good, too. Concierge was always ready to assist, super helpful. David, the doorman, always helped. He kept us from Texas out of trouble! I will come back!
Our room was quite small. My husband and I had nowhere to open both our suitcases simultaneously, though the space had a tasteful decor.

The room included a comfortable bed with a wide range of pillows to select from, plus, a yoga mat was available for workouts. The spacious bathroom featured high-end complimentary toiletries! I loved the convenience of a rainfall shower. A digital radio and coffee machine were available.

All the staff I met were very professional, efficient, and cute, seriously great service! I especially appreciated the prompt attention I received during check-in, plus, the doormen were friendly and helpful with directions. Concierge offered super useful information.

the hotel has a rich history and fine architecture. the loaner umbrellas came in handy when it rained. the staff kindly assisted me with directions to nearby attractions. i found the complimentary morning coffee and tea to be a lovely touch.
the elevators experienced slight delays during peak hours.

Historic Charm and Modern Comforts!

clean room well trained staff deep knowledge really good food
The rooms were very clean. The bar staff showed great knowledge of their craft. Jack, the porter, had a deep understanding of the building's history. The food was really good, with Taylor providing perfect service. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel acted professional, helpful, and accommodating.
The elevator system lacked clear explanation for first-time users! I'd suggest clearer directions.
