the location is great. it is close to buckingham palace. the staff was friendly and efficient. the decor was beautiful and serene. it was kept really clean and tidy.

the check in was not good. we felt suspected of fraud. there was a detailed id check. there was prolonged questioning. full payment was taken in advance.

My room, a classic room, was very clean. the location proved perfect. Many sights were within easy reach. i found subway and bus stops very close.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. Including Indian dishes. The staff were very attentive and helpful. My room was a good size and very clean. It was comfortable for my short stay.

The air conditioning did not seem to work properly, so the room felt a little stuffy. I also had some issues connecting to the WiFi, it was quite frustrating. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. It was difficult to manage.
