friendly staff social hour delicious drinks broken air con key card sauna room
The staff was very good and friendly. Nothing seemed to be any trouble. The social hour was a highlight!!! Dhwani served delicious drinks and appetizers. Her warmth and hospitality.
Our air con didn't work. The room was like a sauna on arrival. Our key cards didn't work a couple of times.

Solid stay, some spa issues
great location comfortable bed
i found the location great and the staff lovely on arrival. the bed felt comfortable and the room itself was clean. i also appreciated the doormen giving advice when i left each day.

The breakfast was AMAZING with good variety and nice views. The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to the train station and underground it was a plus for me.
The room heating was HIGH, I asked reception to lower it but nothing changed. I tried to contact the front desk by phone but i could NOT speak to anyone under 10 minutes.

i found the location good for getting around. the hotel staff were really helpful (especially divine and satil).
the pool area was disappointing. there was far too much chlorine in the pool (i felt the sting in my eyes just being in the spa area!).
