easy location comfortable bed quality refreshments
I appreciate the location near embankment station. It made getting around SUPER easy. The room was well-furnished, and I found the bed VERY comfortable. The quality refreshments definitely catered to my needs.
The mirror placement was inconvenient. I wished for a mirror near a plug socket.

The location was central, convenient for my needs.
The room was quite small. A frosted window offered no view. This, and the price felt too high for such a basic room. The hotel feels somewhat dated.

charming stay near trafalgar square!
great location prompt staff really good service amazing food
The location near trafalgar square is amazing. i could leave my luggage both on arrival and prior to departure, this. the staff responded to requests very quickly. Requesting extra water was handled immediately. jasmine and thomas provided really good service during afternoon tea, the food was amazing!!!

the room had several amenities, including a coffee machine, a kettle, cookies, chocolates and water replenished daily. the bed was very comfortable, i found myself sinking right into it. bathroom ammenities were great, I really enjoyed the complimentary robe too.

the hotel is near charing cross. many historic attractions are close. several tube lines are nearby. this makes it easy to get around to many places throughout the city.

breakfast included fresh pastries. croissants tasted delicious. there was a variety of options. i enjoyed eggs, sausages and fruits. coffee was freshly prepared from a machine, it was delicious.

The location has proved superb. Breakfast included a full English buffet. The staff were very attentive and helpful to me.
My bedroom window was opaque. It was hard to tell if it was day or night. The dining room chairs felt uncomfortable.
