the location is convenient, near waterloo station. the room was clean and modern. staff were generally helpful and friendly . the hotel provided fresh water in the lobby (a nice touch after a long day).
the breakfast area felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

The hotel offers several food options at all times, both inside and around the premises. the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with many choices available. I had no trouble finding something to eat. lots of fresh fruit was available.

the front desk staff were polite and efficient at check-in (they processed everything quickly). the maintenance team responded fast to my request. the staff were helpful with directions and always ready to offer advice about the local area.
