Wonderful stay near Tower Hill

The location is indeed excellent, a short walk from the underground station. The restaurant staff provides wonderful service, particularly Abdullah, who always ensured a positive start to the morning. The cleaning crew was attentive. They always did a great job during our two-week family vacation.
Loud scraping noises from chairs and tables above the room late into the night disturbed sleep. I lost five hours of sleep as a consequence.

my stay wasnt great. the room's thermostat didnt work. the room got too hot and i couldnt adjust its temperature. also, the rooftop bar was closed early one night, even though the website stated it shouldve been open. that rooftop bar early closure, faulty thermostat

Sharmina, the f&b assistant, was friendly. she was also very professional and quick to help. I appreciated her attitude. i thought , made our breakfast very enjoyable
there were electric sockets on only one side of the bed so it was impossible for both sides of the bed to charge electrical equipment.
