The check-in staff were helpful and efficient. They made checking in easy!!! the room was nice and quiet. the location is great, next to the train station and a car park.
the room cleanliness wasn't great. the carpet needed proper vacuuming. the shower curtain had dirt at the bottom. the sink pedestal was rotten and dirty, a real bummer!!!

I found the location very convenient, being so close to transportation, and the room was clean. the staff was helpful when i asked for extra towels. They delivered them quickly. breakfast included a good variety of hot and cold options, i noticed.
the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy.

staff promptly addressed requests for additional items, such as towels, i noticed they were generally available at the front desk, and were quick to deal with questions. reception staff were also very efficient.

the room included standard amenities like a television, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer. the space was reasonably sized, suitable for a short stay. housekeeping maintained a satisfactory level of cleanliness. the bed was comfortable.

The hotel offers complimentary wi-fi access throughout the building. I had no issue connecting. there is an on-site restaurant that provides meal service throughout the day, and a fitness center with basic equipment is available to guests.
