The check-in staff were helpful and efficient. They made checking in easy!!! the room was nice and quiet. the location is great, next to the train station and a car park.
the room cleanliness wasn't great. the carpet needed proper vacuuming. the shower curtain had dirt at the bottom. the sink pedestal was rotten and dirty, a real bummer!!!

I found the location very convenient, being so close to transportation, and the room was clean. the staff was helpful when i asked for extra towels. They delivered them quickly. breakfast included a good variety of hot and cold options, i noticed.
the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy.
