good location helpful staff delicious pizza worn furniture partially working fridge poor gym
the location was good for my plans i walked to holland park easily. the staff seemed lovely and were helpful when i asked for directions. my room service order arrived quickly the pepperoni pizza tasted delicious.
the room i was assigned was not the best the furniture showed wear. the fridge was not fully functional this was a bit inconvenient. the gym is in the basement and appears quite poor.

convenient location friendly staff spacious room
the location is AMAZING, with convenient access to public transport. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the complimentary water. This hotel is awesome for a relaxed stay.

anthony from concierge arranged a musical and a hop-on hop-off tour. both were good. the room was super clean, with really comfy beds. the breakfast offered a vast choice, so i was happy.

Solid Hotel Near Shepherd's Bush
lobby coffee free weights
I found the location convenient. The proximity to Shepherd's Bush tube station made transportation simple. The hotel provided tokens for the lobby coffee dispenser, a plus. The 24/7 fitness room had free weights and machines. Breakfast included many options and plentiful variety.
The hallways felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing with new paint and carpeting. This gave the area a somewhat tired appearance. this was more of a cosmetic issue than a functional one.

excellent service comfortable duvet
The hotel is near an enormous shopping center. The reception staff provided excellent service upon arrival. The bar staff made great cocktails. The duvet and pillows were very comfortable.
The single bed was quite firm.

The breakfast buffet had good options. I found plant-based milk, yogurt, and sausages were available. The location is convenient to Shepherds Bush station. It was easy to access transportation.
The room felt dated. I noticed zero power outlets near the bed. The television did not show HD quality. The shower had poor water pressure.
