the staff were great. a call prior to my visit helped me with some questions. accessibility for wheelchair users was excellent. the location of the accessible room near the health club made showering my son back in the room easy.
some desserts arrived before the starters, honestly! they didn't clear our main plates before bringing desserts. the golf club seemed stuck in the 1970s, just terrible. it was like guests were an inconvenience. i found it disappointing.

The grounds are beautiful, especially around the golf course (i saw deer!). the room was spacious and very clean, a plus after a long journey. i found the facilities quite complete. It was very easy to relax.
the hallway carpets showed a bit of wear and tear.

the staff were genuinely attentive, topping up drinks and clearing plates without being intrusive. the team was happy to answer questions and accommodate requests. this calm and efficient service.

breakfast included a wide selection of options and everything tasted good. the restaurant features excellent food with fresh ingredients and varied menu options. the pancake maker at breakfast was a nice, fun touch.

The room included ample wardrobe space and a great view over the golf course. fresh milk was delivered to the door each morning. It was a lovely touch. the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

the room was spacious. the golf course view from the room was lovely. the breakfast selection was good (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff was friendly and always willing to help.
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated. the swimming pool was only open for limited hours. the bathroom fixtures needed some attention (the shower head dripped). the bar prices were quite high.
