The location is very convenient to major attractions. i also appreciated the accessibility to public transportation near the hotel. breakfast included a varied buffet and hot dishes. I was satisfied with the selection.

My room lacked slippers, i found this inconvenient on the tiled floor. water was not provided in the room. I had to use tap water. i thought the hotel should provide water.

The room was spacious and modern. Towels were thick and clean. hot water for the shower came almost immediately. the breakfast selection was also excellent, one of the best i've experienced. location is convenient, a short walk to victoria station, useful for trains to gatwick airport and numerous bus routes.

The hotel is quite large and its design feels a bit like a maze. Finding my room required navigating a network of corridors.

The breakfast buffet featured scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled tomatoes, and mushrooms, alongside salad, cheese, yogurt, cereals, and breads. coffee was readily available. This made the start of the day easier, it was great.

the staff was cute, they provided assistance when needed! they were quick in refilling the breakfast buffet. front desk personnel were available to answer questions and provide directions around the area.

I thought the location was perfect. It was a minute walk to the station. The room assigned was a beautiful king and it was large. The room was super clean also. Breakfast IS superb. I found the staff friendly and happy to assist.

Unfortunately, the walls are thin. I could hear noise from the adjacent rooms, though it was not excessive.

the room thermostat looked not to be working properly, i found this a very slight inconvenience.
