i really enjoyed the staff. they were helpful . breakfast was very good and the hotel offered convenient access for sightseeing. i would stay here again for sure.

The location is very convenient to major attractions. i also appreciated the accessibility to public transportation near the hotel. breakfast included a varied buffet and hot dishes. I was satisfied with the selection.

My room lacked slippers, i found this inconvenient on the tiled floor. water was not provided in the room. I had to use tap water. i thought the hotel should provide water.

The room was spacious and modern. Towels were thick and clean. hot water for the shower came almost immediately. the breakfast selection was also excellent, one of the best i've experienced. location is convenient, a short walk to victoria station, useful for trains to gatwick airport and numerous bus routes.

The hotel is quite large and its design feels a bit like a maze. Finding my room required navigating a network of corridors.

The breakfast buffet featured scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled tomatoes, and mushrooms, alongside salad, cheese, yogurt, cereals, and breads. coffee was readily available. This made the start of the day easier, it was great.

the staff was cute, they provided assistance when needed! they were quick in refilling the breakfast buffet. front desk personnel were available to answer questions and provide directions around the area.

Really good stay indeed!

perfect location king room super clean room friendly staff

I thought the location was perfect. It was a minute walk to the station. The room assigned was a beautiful king and it was large. The room was super clean also. Breakfast IS superb. I found the staff friendly and happy to assist.

Unfortunately, the walls are thin. I could hear noise from the adjacent rooms, though it was not excessive.

the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast buffet each morning. it included many options like pastries, fruits and hot dishes. the location was very accessible with train and bus stations nearby. the staff provided a warm welcome and efficient service. the room's cleanliness and modern design met my expectations.

the room thermostat looked not to be working properly, i found this a very slight inconvenience.

the breakfast was amazing. it included many options. the location is convenient and close to the train station. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

the hotel can be confusing to navigate. i was like i was in a maze at times. the hotel did not provide water bottles. the windows don't open, even though they let some light in.
