The king beautiful room was spacious with cozy bedding. i found a luxurious bathtub plus shower in the room. the room also offered a fantastic assortment of fine black teas. i really liked the bulldog plush i got. It added to my collection (i love those little things!).

I was upgraded to a king superior room, it certainly exceeded my expectations. dominika at reception was lovely. She was friendly. landalis, the concierge, was also kind. breakfast was delicious. The staff enhanced the experience. i must especially mention monira, earl and dipti. i look forward to returning.

I found a slight issue. Shower gel was missing from both the shower and the bath. it was obviously an oversight. The front desk quickly addressed it.

The room was very clean. There was a rainfall shower and a handheld shower. The hotel gave a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. They also brought a birthday cake, it was unexpected. The location was ideal, places were within a short walk. The executive lounge provided breakfast with premium cocktails.

I noticed there was no heat in the bathroom. Staff informed me that this issue affected every bathroom. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. This was especially important given the cold nights.

The gym had basic necessities for a good workout. There was free still and sparkling water, very convenient. The hotel offered a special service, sending bubbly and cake to the room.
