mixed feelings about this stay

small detaildesolate common area
the room lacked attention to detail i did not feel it was a five star experience there was no table for room service so i had to balance my meal on the bed the mini bar was not stocked adequately with only water provided on a cold night the common areas seemed desolate with no atmosphere

The hotel had modern and clean facilities, which I appreciated
The bar service was slow due to it being understaffed. I often walked away. The in-room mini bar was supposed to be stocked with complimentary soft drinks. It was empty and remained that way despite informing reception twice. I was disappointed by these oversights given the cost of the stay.

The room was modern. (The design was okay, I guess.)
The bar was understaffed, and it was hard to get service. We tried to order drinks before an event, but after waiting a long time, we had to leave without them because the bartender was too busy. This made us late and was frustrating after paying so much for the hotel.
