the location was perfect, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. hyde park was right on the doorstep. the staff were great, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was great. The hotel layout was also easy to navigate.

the elevators seemed a bit worn, with some loose panels.

the single room featured air-conditioning and very clean premises. the provided bed and pillows felt comfortable after a tiring day, great for restful sleep, which i deeply valued. there was no hand soap though.

breakfast included many choices, even if it became a bit repetitive after a few days. it was still delicious. i greatly appreciated the staff allowed me to use a high chair in the bar area, this was AMAZING!!!

The location proved acceptable. It was close enough to various spots I wanted to see.

The room could have used a good scrub. The old carpet seemed to be the main culprit. It looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in ages. I almost expected something to crawl out from under the bed.

the location is convenient to kensington gardens. bus stops are close, allowing direct access to oxford street. paddington train station is a 15-minute walk. we had no issues, and i happily recommend it to others. the bathroom was spacious.
