beautiful lobby metro station luggage storage coffee variety
the hotel features a beautiful lobby. the location is very close to hyde park and bayswater station. the staff was helpful and kind, assisting with luggage storage. the breakfast had a wide variety (especially the coffee).
i noticed the window glass could have been cleaner.

the location offered easy access to two underground stations (this was convenient). the breakfast included options for eggs cooked to order, a nice touch.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some street noise at times.

small room damaged clothing
The room I occupied was notably small. Space was definitely at a premium. I had difficulty finding room to open my luggage. The in-room iron left marks on some clothing, a significant inconvenience. I requested a different room, but was informed that only a basic room was available without an additional charge. This was not satisfactory.

Central Location and Good Breakfast
central location underground stations early arrival
The location suited my needs. It was close to two different underground stations for easy travel. The hotel stored my luggage before check-in since I arrived early. I also appreciated the water, fruit, and sweets in reception.
I found the air conditioning difficult to adjust. The temperature would not go lower than 27 degrees. The staff offered a fan but it only circulated hot air.
