Really good and Smooth Stay
efficient check-in seamless experience streamlined process
I found that everything progressed very smoothly. The check-in process was efficient and seamless. The check-out was equally streamlined and hassle-free. The entire experience was better than I anticipated.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited for the price point.

the gym is large and well-equipped, perfect for my needs. room service was prompt and accurate. the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions, a definite plus for exploring the area. i found everything clean and well kept, reflecting care in upkeep.
Sound isolation was not optimal. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms.

mixed feelings about my stay
room size constant noise
the noise level was quite bothersome. i could constantly hear doors opening and closing next door. it did not provide a calm atmosphere. i also found the room too small. it was really too small even just for me.

helpful staff amazing location clean room uncomfortable mattress weak air circulation cramped bathroom
the staff was quite helpful and friendly. they provided everything we needed for our baby without us even asking (how great is that?). the location is amazing for getting around. i found the room clean.
the mattress wasn't the most comfortable (i prefer something firmer). the room was also quite warm, and the air circulation wasn't great. this made sleeping a little unpleasant. the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

Unfortunately, Junior Suites do not come with a balcony. The categories that do offer a balcony include the Deluxe Room with Balcony, One Bedroom Suite, Zen Suite, Saijoukai Suite, and The Nobu Penthouse. Can you confirm if the Deluxe Room with Balcony actually includes a balcony?
