the bar was a real highlight with its amazing cocktails and live music the hotel gave us a free cocktail voucher upon check in this was a great perk the room got a daily turndown service which was a pleasant touch. the location was convenient for seeing tourist spots and close to a tube station i found it easy to get around

the minibar had limited space for personal items i wished there was a small fridge to store my own drinks and snacks this would have made my stay even better

The staff were attentive. Breakfast service from Maria and Tanya was prompt and friendly. The location is central to many attractions (I especially enjoyed visiting nearby museums). I liked the impeccably clean room and the comfortable bed.

The room I was in did face a busy street, and street noise was noticeable at times.

The location near the underground was really convenient. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I found the classic king room quite spacious. The bars, especially the coral room, were amazing for cocktails. The doormen were always very cute too.

The entrance felt a bit inconvenient since it was off the street on a private road. the bathroom was rather tiny. I could barely take a shower. I expected a larger space in a hotel of this standard.
