a satisfactory experience
great location fruit water stained duvet faulty air conditioning
the hotel has a great location near the subway. the fresh fruit water was a lovely touch, easy to access and very refreshing. i also appreciated the staff looking after our luggage after checkout. it helped a lot before catching our train home..
the air conditioning in my room did not work. the duvet also had a stain. the same stain was there when i turned it over.

extra floor space clean room good towels
This visit surprised me. I got a bigger room than before. i appreciated the extra floor space to move around. also, i found the room very clean with good towels.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Drawbacks
poor soundproofing missing supplies
The location provided easy access to various attractions.
My room was quite small, even for a solo traveler. The poor soundproofing was also a major issue. I could hear conversations and noise from the corridor throughout the night (it really bothered me). Housekeeping didn't replenish basic supplies like coffee, even after I requested it.
