great location super clean room helpful staff pool overcrowding insufficient beds malfunctioning sauna
I found the location great. It was very close to the tube station. The room was super clean and i especially liked the coffee and pastries in the coffee shop. The staff were also polite and helpful throughout my stay.
I felt the rooftop pool was somewhat spoiled by overcrowding. There was a lack of beds for all guests. I also found the steam room and sauna, located on a separate floor, were not always working. This made it difficult to combine these amenities with the pool.

stylish decor cute atmosphere perfect stay rooftop bar private event no information
i loved the stylish decor. the atmosphere was very cute. kristian were very good too assist with my room move. everything was perfect for my stay.
i was disappointed we couldn't use the rooftop bar earlier in the day. there was a private event. i returned after our meal out and still couldn't use it.

charming stay at battersea
excellent location modern design thoughtful extras rooftop bar
the hotel's location near the power station and nearby facilities worked wonderfully. the interior design felt both modern and exciting. i especially liked the thoughtful extras in the room, like the garment steamer and shoe horn. the rooftop bar became a favorite spot.
the pool could benefit from being slightly larger to accommodate more guests comfortably.

the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the reception team. they provided immediate responses to all requests. sabrina was lovely during checkout.

the hotel features a rooftop infinity swimming pool that adds a touch of luxury. a children's park is conveniently located just outside the hotel. i found the rooftop facilities, including the bar, appealing.
