my executive double room were clean. the beds were very comfortable i felt. staff were friendly they helped me all time. i also liked it was an easy walk to hyde park. i definitely stay again.
my junior suite room was on the basement floor. it had no window. there was no natural light. it was like i were in a cave.

the hotel had a great location with public transportation very nearby. it was a very nice area to walk around in i thought. piccadilly station restaurants were also nearby making dining options convenient.

i paid extra for the breakfast and found a better breakfast menu available, but it had an additional charge for it. they start breakfast early but you meet confused guests waiting. teaspoons and espresso cups were not readily available i noticed.

The hotel location suited my needs. I found the staff quite friendly. The breakfast included various options. The room was clean.
The hotel was hot. I had to use the AC during the night in January. The internet connection was spotty. The rooms are not soundproofed.
