the room was clean. a supervisor, maria, showed us how to operate everything and asked about preferred service times. it was a lovely touch. the staff made check-in smooth with clear instructions.
i noticed some scuffs on the furniture.

i experienced attentive service from the team throughout my stay. erel and chris were cute.. they ensured my partner's birthday celebration was seamless. the atmosphere was beautiful and every detail was thoughtfully handled, which i found so romantic.

The decor throughout the hotel had a modern, Japanese aesthetic. My room featured bespoke sliding wooden blinds and paper-covered panels. I found a large television and a good-sized bathroom with nice amenities. The location provided convenient access to cafes and bars.
The bedroom lighting was subdued. TOO much light came into the room when I tried to sleep.

Acceptable, But Problems with the Shower

The room was clean, that is a basic expectation hotels often fail to meet.
The bath and shower setup required some athleticism, I think. There was a big ledge to climb over, it was like an obstacle course. I am not sure why they skipped a walk-in shower, given the space they had. The soaps were in cheap, plastic pump bottles attached to the wall, it reminds me of a budget hotel, not so luxury.

the steam room was a great touch. the showers were clean. i found the steam room hot and efficient. the location was also great, many bars and restaurants were within walking distance.
the rooms are confusing. doors swing every which way so it is impossible to know how to open anything. there is not even a working handle on the room entrance door. all lights turned off without any warning while i was in the bathroom. it took awhile to adjust and get out.

I loved the modern design. i also found the sliding wooden screen with the beautiful wallpapered wall gorgeous. i wish i had better lighting to appreciate the aesthetic along the hallways leading to the room! the staff treated us like royalty. Very impressed, they were friendly. the premises were nice and very clean.
i was disappointed because the food menus had limited options. i stayed for one week, and by day 3 i didn't want to eat the hotel food anymore.
