The room was spacious and its location offered easy access to Terminal 5.

I tried calling the front desk several times, but nobody answered. I had to walk down to reception to resolve a simple issue, inconvenient and time-consuming. No one seemed to care.

The club Millesime lounge offered a relaxed atmosphere. Aartee at reception provided a warm check in process. I found an excellent choice of restaurants. Breakfast included fantastic service and was delicious.

The gym required an extra fee for usage, which I felt should have been included.
