The hotel has direct access from Terminal 5. A luggage trolley is available and very useful for the walk through the corridors. The concierge and reception staff were helpful.

The location was convenient, i just walked to terminal 5. it made the early morning flight so much less stressful. my room had excellent facilities. I was able to make a hot drink quickly. i loved the comfy bed!!!

the website wasn't particularly helpful, and the signage inside the airport was hard to find at first.

terminal 5 access efficient check-in restaurant selection outdated furniture limited outlet empty minibar

the location was excellent for terminal 5 access it only took a few minutes to walk there. the staff at check-in were efficient and courteous i received a warm welcome. the restaurant had a good selection of dishes and the service was prompt.

the room looked dated the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. i found only one accessible power outlet near the desk i needed more to charge my devices. the minibar was empty and i expected complimentary water.

The room was spacious and its location offered easy access to Terminal 5.

I tried calling the front desk several times, but nobody answered. I had to walk down to reception to resolve a simple issue, inconvenient and time-consuming. No one seemed to care.

The club Millesime lounge offered a relaxed atmosphere. Aartee at reception provided a warm check in process. I found an excellent choice of restaurants. Breakfast included fantastic service and was delicious.

The gym required an extra fee for usage, which I felt should have been included.
