great comfort amazing shower pressure convenient location
i stayed in a superior king room i found the room spacious the bed offered great comfort the shower pressure was amazing i also appreciated the provided coffee machine it came with tea and biscuits i found this a lovely touch. the hotel's location was convenient near many restaurants and shops the black sabbath bridge was also just across the street. breakfast had many options including a nice omelette station it was a good start to my day.
i thought the gym could use a little tlc some equipment looked a bit worn.

modern room great shower
The superior king room included chromecast. I watched my shows. the bathroom facilitators and shower tray space were lovely, it was a great shower.

spacious room clean bathroom excellent location
the superior double room was spacious. the bathroom had a clean layout. the location is close to shops (i found a nice souvenir shop) and is a short walk to the city centre.
waiting for the lifts took longer than expected.

adequate Stay , but issues EXISTED
mouldy door empty bottles
the location was convenient for accessing various attractions.
i was disappointed because i did not receive the room type i booked. the bathroom door had mould and flaking paint , clearly due to water damage from the shower. complimentary water bottles were empty , which seemed careless.

fantastic stay in the city center
spacious room clean room four pillows nespresso capsules
The room was spacious and very clean. i especially loved the complimentary glass of fizz on arrival! the bed had four pillows, a great touch. i also appreciated the quality of the nespresso capsules. They included their own leonardo doppio blend.
the room service prices seemed a little high. i didn't order, but it's worth noting.

The hotel featured a breakfast buffet that had an extensive selection of food. It was quite excellent. an omelette chef was available to cook fresh omelettes to order. This was a nice addition to the breakfast experience, and the omelettes were cooked perfectly.

The hotel provides central placement for seeing different attractions. It's very convenient! getting to grand central is very easy from here. also, the tram system facilitates travel to the black country.

an okay stay
great selection omelette station spacious rooms shower leak foggy window
the rooms was spacious. the breakfast had a great selection of foods, it included a nice omelette station too.
the shower have a leak, that i didn't like. also, i found that the windows fog up quick, that was annoying
