The MILL offers accommodations on both sides of the Shropshire Union Canal. Room choices include Classic, Business Class, Club Class, Canalside Deluxe, Canalside Deluxe Balcony, and Canalside Suite. Classic rooms are located in the original MILL building with period features and are available as twins or doubles. Business Class rooms provide more space and a king-sized bed. Club Class rooms, situated in the newest building across the canal, are spacious and modern with king-sized beds. Canalside Deluxe rooms offer views of the Shropshire Union Canal. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms also offer views of the Shropshire Union.
Dining choices
The MILL provides several dining options. The Canaletto Restaurant offers canalside dining. The Rialto Bar & Lounge, located alongside the Shropshire Union Canal, features lunchtime light bites, Asian Tapas, and cask ales. There is also a cruise restaurant that sails along the Shropshire Union Canal through Chester, serving freshly prepared food. The main restaurant, Canaletto, serves lunches and dinners with two courses for £12 or £15 from the table d'hôte menu. The Real Ale Bar offers cask ales and deli snacks, and the Rialto grill serves all-day steaks and afternoon teas.

Parking is available for £12 per night, but free if booked directly with the hotel. It is a short walk to the shopping area and Cheshire Oaks, the largest designer outlet in the UK, is a short drive away. Chester Zoo is also a short drive away.
