the location was really good. it was close to the bus station. this was great for shopping because the hotel was a short walk to shops. the pool was excellent. the gym was also very good.

the room did not include milk for drinks. this was a shame. the staff were all very pleasant though.

the reception staff guided us to the table when we went to have breakfast. the service at the bar provided drinks both inside and outside the premises, very useful.

the staff was cute. check in was easy.

the room was too warm. a tiny fan was provided. i tried to speak to a manager multiple times, but it didn't work on the weekends. i was told that if i had spent more money, i would have had air conditioning. our clean towels had makeup stains, and so did the bed.
