The breakfast offered a good english breakfast with cereals, fruit, and yoghurts. Juices, tea, coffee, and water were available. The staff were friendly and cute from reception to housekeeping. The hotel is in a great location for the town.

The rooms felt stuffy and airless. There was only one lift for the whole hotel and it was a NIGHTMARE.

The location was near the city centre. It took about 10 minutes to walk. The swimming pool was large. Breakfast included a full English option.

The gym had limited equipment. There were only two treadmills. The room service menu was missing some listed items. The ice machine on my floor was out of order.

warm team comfortable seating

reception team was warm. the bar offered comfortable seating. toilets near the bar were very nice. i found the location convenient and close to amenities.

i noticed the double room was dated. the bed had a noticeable dip in the middle , made it less comfortable. i had to use a pillow for support.

the location was really good. it was close to the bus station. this was great for shopping because the hotel was a short walk to shops. the pool was excellent. the gym was also very good.

the room did not include milk for drinks. this was a shame. the staff were all very pleasant though.

decent stay with some issues

makeup stains warm room

the staff was cute. check in was easy.

the room was too warm. a tiny fan was provided. i tried to speak to a manager multiple times, but it didn't work on the weekends. i was told that if i had spent more money, i would have had air conditioning. our clean towels had makeup stains, and so did the bed.
