inconsistent room quality and spa access issues
damaged furnituremissing shower gel
i found some aspects lacking for the price. the room i had was somewhat worn. there were holes in the wallpaper and the furniture showed damage with peeling surfaces. the bathroom wasn't up to par as the mirror light was broken and the shower leaked. additionally, basic amenities such as shower gel were missing upon arrival so i needed to request it.

I really liked the spa facilities. They had sunbeds, a pool, a sauna, and immersive experience showers. the gym had enough equipment for a good morning workout. the man at reception was friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade too!
I found it a little annoying that the restaurant was fully booked. It meant we couldn't dine at the hotel.

I had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and the fish and chips were delicious. Breakfast offered a huge choice of items to start the day well. the breakfast was amazing.... honestly, it was one of the best i've had.

Our room had been upgraded when we arrived. It was a nice surprise. the rooms are a great size with a lovely bathroom that includes a bath! the room was really good, and the bed was comfortable.

the hotel is a little outside the city centre, but it's very close to the new everton ground! the hotel is also a five minutes walk to blackstone st warehouse. the setting is really nice and the outside area is superb.
