the themed room was awesome!!! breakfast was very nice and the staff were lovely, especially june. she was also very friendly and helpful. june is an absolute credit to the company.
i found the pillows very uncomfortable. i didn't have the greatest sleep. the noise at night was very disturbing.

the room was very spacious and decorated amazingly. the beds were very comfortable. the access to the car park was satisfactory. the different areas around the hotel were very satisfactory too.
hallway flooring to rooms needs replacing and also flooring in the bedrooms needs some care.

The check-in staff were cute. My room included touch lamps with phone chargers (so convenient!). Parking was available onsite, a great help.
The carpets in the corridors was dirty and worn. I found the laminate flooring in the room had large gaps and moved when i stepped on it. The wallpaper around the room seemed ripped.
