stuffy roommissing turndown

The room felt a bit stuffy. The air conditioning seemed more like a suggestion than a functional system. also, i was surprised to find no complimentary bottled water. i would have expected a bit more attention to detail considering the hotel's reputation. the ice machine on my floor was also out of service. the promised turndown service never materialized. i had to call down for towels, as there weren't enough for two people.
