great location comfortable bed friendly staff small room hot room loud noise
the location was great for my conference. the bed was VERY comfortable. also, the staff was friendly .
my room was small. it was also too hot. i heard really loud noise from the external heat exchangers ALL night.

lovely food amazing architecture
the room was beautiful and well fitted. the architecture was amazing. i enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

The staff was helpful. I appreciated that.
The room i booked seemed much smaller than expected. The climate control DIDN'T work properly. The room remained quite cold. This. getting through the corridors to access it was like a maze

amazing architecture excellent service relaxation area
The building is a wonderful place. I found the architecture amazing. The food was also lovely. The reception staffs provided an excellent customer service. The bar was lovely for relaxation.
The lock on my door did not work, but staff swiftly resolved it.

the room was a good superior king room. it was spotlessly clean with lovely decor. i thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was excellent.
The gym equipment was slightly dated. It lacked some modern machines.

stuffy room missing turndown
The room felt a bit stuffy. The air conditioning seemed more like a suggestion than a functional system. also, i was surprised to find no complimentary bottled water. i would have expected a bit more attention to detail considering the hotel's reputation. the ice machine on my floor was also out of service. the promised turndown service never materialized. i had to call down for towels, as there weren't enough for two people.
