The location was central and convenient to many attractions. The room had a comfy bed and great views. The staff were excellent and helpful over email and at reception.
I was double charged for breakfast. They are totally ignoring messages to resolve it. The carpets look like they could do with a replacement or cleaning. An extra blanket would have been appreciated as I was cold during the night.
